Mastering is the final step before replication — the last chance to modify your recorded creative performance and take your sound to it’s highest potential. Generally the process involves EQ treatments, compression and limiting, stereo imaging, dithering, and maximization. In short, mastering will balance, and add depth, power, and clarity to your mix.
