The Process

What to expect, and how to proceed!

Once you have decided which services you are interested in, simply drop your recordings into the dropbox, and fill out the survey. Your Trkmastering engineer will contact you via your provided email address with confirmation that they have received your recordings, and any further questions they may have for you. Soon after, a short section of a mastered mp3 will be sent to you for your review and approval. Once Trkmastering has your approval, the rest of your content will be finished and delivered within the agreed upon timeframe. Should any further changes be necessary, within the agreed upon time frame, Trkmastering will gladly make them free of charge.
For vinyl archiving services, once you fill out the survey, a shipping address will be supplied to you. Once we have received your records, we will contact you via your supplied email address to confirm receipt, and begin the process of recording. After we have finished the work, your digital files will be delivered in your selected format, and your records returned immediately.
